Fastfeed® CX is a powder induction and dispersion system for chemical processing applications where powders are difficult to wet out, prone to agglomeration, or create dust and cleanup issues during manual addition. By pulling powders into a liquid stream for immediate wet-out, powder induction reduces floating clumps and helps deliver more consistent dispersion—especially when solids loading, particle behavior, or downstream performance makes uniformity critical.
Compared to dumping powders into the tank, this approach improves control over addition rate and wetting conditions, which can reduce batch variability and rework. HOW IT WORKS
The Fastfeed CX system inducts, wets, and disperses countless chemicals, instantly eliminating fisheyes. It disperses at rates up to 500 pounds per minute in a single pass.
The two-stage rotor/stator Dynashear CX high speed emulsifier immediately wets and disperses powders at the particulate level in a single pass. Read more about powder induction with high shear mixing in our guide.
The Fastfeed CX can make any size batch and typically in half the time because powders are inducted into the liquid stream while the batch tank is being filled. Operators add all powdered and liquid ingredients from the safety of floor level.
All powders are dispersed directly into the blend tank, so there are no time-consuming pre-blends or “side batches” that require processors to fill, add powder, mix, transfer, and repeat.
