Any batch mixing process is limited in size by mixing tank volume and geometry. Many of our clients reach out to us when they have to produce multiple SKUs with a wide range of batch sizes, particularly as the demand for smaller batches has been increasing.
Since our Fastfeed® powder induction and dispersion equipment mixes powder and liquid ingredients inline our clients are making batches from 50 gallons to 50,000 gallons with one mixer.
The Fastfeed can discharge the mixed product into any size tank allowing optimized flexibility and utilization of existing batch tanks.
